Bond Schedule
The bond schedule as set by the court is as follows:
This is the new schedule effective July 1, 2014:

| Murder | No bond |
| Level 1 Felonies | $150,000 cash / surety bond |
| Level 2 Felonies | $100,000 cash / surety bond |
| Level 3 Felonies | $50,000 cash / surety bond |
| Level 4 Felonies | $40,000 cash / surety bond |
| Level 5 Felonies | $20,000 cash / surety bond |
| Level 6 Felonies | $1,500 cash only bond |
| A - Misdemeanor | $700 cash bond |
| B or C - Misdemeanor | $350 cash bond |
Note: A $5 filing fee will be added to all bonds.
Paying a Bond
A surety bond is 10% of the bond paid to a bond agent. It is your responsibility to contact the bonding agent. We can not recommend bonding agents. You can find them in the phone book.
A cash bond is just that. Cash only will be accepted.
You may bond a person out at any time except during meal lockdown times. Meal lockdown times are:
- Breakfast: 6:00 am - 7:00 am
- Lunch: 11:00 am - 12:00 noon
- Supper: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
